aREAS OF Expertise

Dispute Resolution

One of our core areas of expertise involves representing our clients incommercial dispute resolutions, either before a court or an arbitration tribunal.We also act as arbitrators.

Reorganisation & Insolvency

Several of our lawyers are regularly appointed as trustees or official receivers bythe courts, as well as they undertake assignments as administrators andliquidators. In addition, we provide ongoing legal advice in matters of insolvency.

Environmental Legislation Pertaining to Planning & Building Law

We provide legal advice and assistance regarding the applicable legislation inmatters regarding permits, supervision, and environmental damage. We alsooffer assistance in disputes related to environmental law. Within the planning andbuilding law we provide assistance in permit matters before authorities andcourts.

Commercial Agreements

We assist our clients with the drafting of and review of various types ofcommercial agreements such as retail agreements, franchise agreements andservice contracts.

Intellectual Property & Marketing Law

We assist our clients in matters regarding the protection of intellectual propertyrights, such as trademark, design and copyrights. In addition, we assist ourclients in matters connected with marketing law.

We also advise our clients in matters regarding competition law.

GDPR

We draft and review various kinds of IT-agreements regarding, for example,systems procurement and licensing. We also provide ongoing legal adviceregarding GDPR and e-commerce.

Mergers & Acquisitions

In connection with the transfer of a company, we offer assistance regarding thedue diligence procedure as well as support during negotiations and the drafting ofagreements and other documentation.

In many transactions tax issues are of great importance in which we worktogether with our network of tax consultants.

Property Law & Tenancy Law

In matters pertaining to sales law and tenancy law we provide ongoing legaladvice to both property owners and tenants.

We also assist with real estate transfers through companies.

Construction Contract Law

We assist with drafting of contracting documents and providing advice during theentire construction process. We offer training regarding the aspects of thestandard agreements that form part of the construction process. We alsoundertake to represent clients in construction disputes.

Corporate Law

We assist our clients in matters concerning corporations, associations andfoundations. Frequently occurring matters involve drafting, reviewing andnegotiating contracts, such as shareholder agreements and cooperationagreements, or issues around business start-ups and formation of a company.

Our services include, for example, legal advice regarding issuance, squeeze-outsand matters connected with the stock exchange.

Employment Law

We assist our clients in drafting CEO contracts and other employment contracts.We also assist in matters involving, for example, dismissal, redundancy, or bonusprogrammes.

We represent our clients during negotiations with trade unions as well as inemployment disputes before a court.
